Such a nice and motivating post. I work as a full-time maid in Dubai, and during the holidays I get very busy, so I really appreciate simple and easy recipes like these. I usually cook as I go, but your ideas make me want to try a bit of food prep too. Thank you for sharing, it really brought me a warm, homely feeling even though I’m far from home.
